pltraining-puppet_validator

Installs and configures Puppet Validator, with multiple Puppet version validation. Only tested with CentOS 7, so far. This was only designed to work with fairly tight constraints--a single purpose VM running a supported operating system--and there are no indications that it will work in other configurations.
