ESLint (with `autoFixOnSave: boolean | string[]`)

Integrates ESLint JavaScript into VS Code. The plugin is a fork of "vscode-eslint", with added ability to specify a set of rules to autofix on save. See https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-eslint/issues/767 and https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-eslint/issues/208 for more details.
